2. Scope, ordering and prices
We provide landscape design, planting, irrigation and lighting planning and garden renovation. Scope, materials, timelines and prices in UAH are fixed in a written estimate or contract; estimates are valid 14 days. Work starts after confirmation and any agreed advance. Pre-order details and the complaint procedure follow Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII.
3. Customer duties
You provide accurate contact and site details, lawful access to the property and timely approvals. Missing access, data or permits may shift the schedule.
4. Intellectual property and liability
Designs, drawings, visualisations, texts and images belong to dronephooto.com or its licensors and may not be reused commercially without permission. Liability is limited to amounts paid for the affected service, except where law provides otherwise.
5. Complaints
Email your name, contract reference and description; we reply within 10 business days. Escalation: Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba, the consumer-protection regulator.
6. Data, cookies and advertising
Forms and analytics process personal data per our Privacy Policy and Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI; cookies fall under the same law and our cookie notice. Commercial content is marked as advertising and does not mislead, per Закон України «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР.
