A renovation starts with a site visit, not with a price. We walk the plot with you, record light exposure, soil condition, water access and the upkeep you can realistically keep up with. That record becomes the basis for plant selection, the lighting concept, hardscape planning and the maintenance calendar.
Requests are read by the studio, not a call centre. Send the plot address, the approximate size in m² and a short note on what bothers you most. If the plot sits outside Kyiv city and the settlements within roughly 40 km of the Kyiv ring road, check the service area section before sending anything.

Our studio gardens from an office on Antonovycha Street, and site visits run on a weekly route. The practical limit is the drive time, not the map distance, so we plan assessments inside a 40 km radius of the ring road.
Regular coverage includes Kyiv city districts, plus Brovary, Boryspil, Irpin, Bucha, Vyshneve, Vyshhorod and Obukhiv. Outside that band we still review the plot when the renovation scope justifies the travel, and we say so before the visit is booked.
Plant selection, lighting concepts and hardscape planning are prepared against the local soil and light conditions of the district, so the address matters from the first conversation.
Kyiv city is inside the standard service area. Assessment visits are scheduled Monday to Friday.
