1. Estimates depend on site conditions and scope
Quotations, timelines and planting quantities are indicative until a site survey confirms access, soil, drainage, utilities and the agreed scope. Final prices and terms are fixed only in the written agreement.
2. Season, weather and permits
Delivery and planting depend on the season, frost and ground conditions. Permits, approvals and utility clearances remain the client's responsibility unless the contract states otherwise.
3. Plant survival and garden performance
Plants are living organisms. Survival, flowering and growth depend on climate, soil, watering, pruning, pests and the care actually provided. No specific growth, yield or visual result is guaranteed.
4. Imagery
Photographs and renders may be representative, stock or AI-generated illustrations and may not show the exact plants, materials or results you will receive.
5. Maintenance planning
Maintenance schedules are professional recommendations only. A planned garden is not a maintenance-free garden.
6. Advertising and consumer information
Commercial content on this site is advertising, is identified as such and must not mislead about services, prices, credentials, guarantees or results (Закон України «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР).
